Shipping for custom designed wigs will be discussed during your virtual consultation. This allows us to consider your timeline and any specific delivery needs.If your wig requires expedited shipping or rush processing to meet an urgent deadline, additional fees may apply. These details will be clearly outlined and agreed upon during the consultation.

Shipping for PRE designed wigs are 14 days after ordered before shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At RebirthInHer, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure your custom wig meets your expectations, we conduct a detailed virtual consultation before crafting your piece. This allows us to capture every detail and create a wig that’s perfectly tailored to you.

 

Due to the personalized nature of our wigs, we do not offer refunds. However, if adjustments are needed, we are happy to discuss and make modifications that we both agree on to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom wig.
